Off I headed to Leeds this weekend for the 3rd annual Plus North. A very strange experience for me as you can imagine. As the organiser for the past two years, the decision to take a step back was a difficult one for me, but I’m glad I did. I needed the break and I got to enjoy the event from a customers point of view!
The lovely folk at So Fabulous, the plus size range at Littlewoods sent me and outfit to wear for the event.
I’m wearing this gorgeous playsuit from the So Fabulous range, it’s a soft, lightweight cotton, perfect for the changeable weather at the moment. If it turns chilly you can pop a big chunky cardigan over the top, or a longer length kimono would look really great with this.
I went for a bit of a boho look, lots of jewellery layering, and a cute saddle bag. In terms of fit, I sized up to the 24 for this because I’m very long of body and I knew the fabric didn’t have any stretch. I was completely right to, it’s a perfect fit and the elasticated panel to the back helps give the playsuit shape and structure.
As you can see the print is so gorgeous and I got tonnes of compliments on the day (so thank you ladies).
So Fabulous have some gorgeous pieces in at the moment, and from the rails of clothes I saw at Plus North they have some absolute corkers coming in for AW. Lots of print and colour, mixed textures and pretty winter pastels.
