The grid print trend has been around a couple of years now, and it’s still really popular, which is great for me because I love a bold graphic print. This piece from Lovedrobe, combines that with my love of collars to make one really cute dress.
I added a few sneaky flashes of neon to this outfit to brighten it up, I mean, spring is on the way isn’t it, so why not?! Haha! The grid print dress is super short, so I think I might have to wear it with tights or leggings, but I thought as I’m playing dress up this week, because I’m still in my capsule wardrobe so-to-speak, I’d have bit of fun with it!
I’m wearing the 22/24 and it’s true to size, if not a little on the short side! The dress is priced at a really reasonable £18, and it perfect for chucking on with leggings and boots in the day or tights and heels for the evening. The material is a thin, stretchy jersey so it’s really easy to wear.
Both the shoes and bag are from New Look, I’m loving all the little neon pops in everything at the moment. As much as I try and do the pastel trend I’m always drawn to the garish neons instead. Forever an attention seeker!
