Style: Down by the Riverside…

Hello all! I’ve got a couple of new purchases to share with you today which are fast becoming wardrobe favourites. 

First up are these jeans from Simply Be. I’ve been on the look out for another pair of black ripped jeans. I’ve got the Ridley’s from ASOS but they don’t quite sit right on me. They’re ok, but they’re not perfect. So I thought I’d give these ripped slim leg jeans a try from Simply Be.  

They’re a little snug in the waist, nothing a couple of wears won’t solve I’m sure, other than that they’re a nice fit on the leg, hips and bum. The denim is really light and stretchy. I’m wearing the 22 and found them true (apart from the snug waist, or could that be Christmas food consumption maybe?) to size. I’m wearing them with a black smock top and checked coat from Evans, which looks like it’s all sold out now. I also added my new fave, the big furry collar.

My second buy are these beeeeeautiful ASOS flats, they are so so good. I don’t what else to say. I’m besotted. They’re currently in the sale for £17 too, bonus! They’re pretty wide fitting and the ankle straps are roomy with plenty of scope for adjustment.
I went into town today and bought some grips, headbands and clips as I’m trying to grow my hair out. That in-between stage really is the pits isn’t it?

    Omg, that fur collar is AMAZING!!!! And I love those shoes!

    I'm contemplating growing out my hair too, and while I contemplate, it grows into an awkward shaggy mess. hmmph
