Matching sets are everywhere this season, awesome together and great as separates too, they’re really versatile. I was sent this set from Simply Be to wear as my evening outfit for Plus North, but once I’d got my mitts on the white jacket of dreams, everything else was forgotten.
So here I am in it, I’ve been wearing the separate parts regularly, but this is the first time I’ve worn them together, and I’m loving it! And yes, I’m wearing trainers with tights and I don’t care, comfort and function is the new heel darhhhhling.
The set itself is a really nice knitted jersey, both the top and skirt are soft and stretchy and oh so lovely and the skirt has, wait for it… pockets! Nice work Simply Be, nice work indeed. I’m wearing the size 22 which is true to size, but with the stretch element, if you like a tighter look, then by all means size down.
I love this set, it’s already a firm favourite in my wardrobe now it’s cooler out there. Not too bad this Autumn malarky is it?

Gorgeous, I love the co-ord trend. Anyone questions you on the tights & trainers, just say its sports luxe. (or tell 'em to bog off because comfort is v v important.) ;P
