It feels like ages since I’ve done a JUNAROSE post, sadly my April choices were lost in the post, but considering it’s been nearly a year since I became one of the brand ambassadors, I’ve not done too bad to receive all but one of my packages from Denmark!
For my May choice I went for a weather appropriate cool cotton dress. I fell in love with the print of this dress and the embellishment around the neck is really beautiful.

Now I must admit, I’m not too convinced the fit works for me. I think it’s supposed to be a trapeze kind of fit, but it just doesn’t sit right. Maybe if I sized up it would have helped? I’m not a huge fan of control wear but maybe that would have solved my problems in this dress?
I definitely like it better with the jacket, it seems to improve the line. But that aside, the dress itself is, as always, great quality. The print is gorgeous, as is the neckline. It’s just a shame it doesn’t suit me.

I had a little bit of allowance left this month so I also went for a pair of the basic leggings. I am yet to try them from JUNAROSE, so I thought I’d give them a try! I’m obviously not going to wax lyrical about leggings, but a few notes: I’d size down, they’re generous. They are soft, thick and comfortable. Winner winner right?

mmm also not sure re this one I tend to look at your choices as you're a similar shape to me I think. Maybe if you put some pin-tucks to pull it in a bit at the bust and waist to define the shape a little as its a nice print and color. Also shorten it by a couple of inches so we can see your knees.
Trust me Janie, you wouldn't want to show my knees off!! I think we're quite different shapes, but this might work better on you are you're not as broad shouldered as me! x x

Love the shoes, you look lovely as always but the dress does look better with the jacket, have you tried it with belt? Might help define the waist more.
