I’m sorry, I couldn’t resist, this being a post about me in undies that have a definite floral/garden feel about them!! Ha!!
I was contacted by My Curves & Me to see if I’d like to review a lingerie set from their range. My Curves & Me stock a huge range of Panache which are one of my favourite undie purveyors. I saw they stocked the Sculptresse range which is designed for a fuller figure with sizes 12-26 in the knickers and 36-46 in the back sizes. I hadn’t tried the range yet so I was intrigued to see how the fit was.
I decided on the “May” set, a beautiful floral, full cup bra and full brief. My breasts aren’t very full up top so I sometimes struggle to fill out this style of bra but I was pleasantly surprised with this set.
The bra fits really nice. I’m wearing a 40E. I’m wearing the size 22 briefs which were too, a really great fit. The bra feels firm and supportive as do the knickers. Now we all know I’m no lingerie reviewer, so all I can say from my point of view is that the quality is great and damn they’re pretty!!
As always when I do an underwear/swimwear anything revealing kinda review, I like to point out, this is my body, it’s by no means perfect I have stretch marks and scars that tell the story of my life, by belly is saggy, as are my boobs and my rolls are never ending. But you know what? I’m ok with that, and should you find yourself feeling a little bit blue about your body, just think about that mad chubby woman on the internet who gets her flab out for the world to see and how, so far, nothing catastrophic has happened! Next time you stand in mirror grabbing your tummy and fretting about what other folk think, just think of me and think sod it!
