Style: Outfit Round Up – Beach Days, Work Style and Casual.

It’s a busy old time for me at the moment – I’ve got lots of work on and today is Pop’s last day at school before the summer holidays. So, I thought I’d do a quick outfit round up of some of the bits I’ve been wearing over the last few weeks!

Beach Days

A couple of weeks ago we headed to Mablethorpe and hired a beach hut for the day. I’ve had so many queries, not just about my outfits, but the beach hut itself! If you’d like to book one, you can do so online which is fab! Click here for more details.
We spent the day at the Queens Park huts as they back right onto the paddling pool and park, perfect for Poppy!
Outfit-wise I travelled in shorts and a tee, I wanted to be comfy and cool, it was a scorcher of a day. I’m not one for wearing shorts, but I really want to embrace them this year and stop worry about my legs! So I picked these ones up from Bonmarche. I liked the linen mix fabric and longer length. They only had a 24 in my local store though so they were a bit big, mum is going to add some extra elastic to the waist for me though. Thanks mamma.
I then took a kaftan to slip on when I’d been in the paddling pool with Pops. This is from my new favourite, Lindex. The print is just superb. I love it so much.

Monochrome Work Style

I work one day in-house with one of my clients, it’s a Hair Salon in Cleethorpes, and as such, I tend to find my self wearing black and white because that’s what the rest of girls there wear. I don’t even know why, it just feels like a bit of a uniform now!
This gorgeous jumpsuit was sent to me by the lovely folk Evans. I love the fabric and the fit is phenomenal. The floral print is big and bold, and yep it has pockets!
My second outfit is a dress I’ve worn so many times since I got it the other week. It’s perfect for dressing up or down, it’s cool and comfy and oh so pretty. It’s from ASOS Curve and might just be my favourite purchase of the summer.

Casual Style

My off-duty style comes in many guises, but I do still love my jeans, and my culottes so you will often see me bobbing around in both.
This scarf print top from Live Unlimited at Evans caught my eye because of the print again (print magpie). I loved the mix of stripes and florals.
And the culottes I’m wearing in the other pic are from Boohoo at ASOS I love the combination of khaki and pink it’s a definite wardrobe favourite

Hope you’ve enjoyed this whistle-stop tour of a few of my favourite outfits from the past few weeks. I’ll be back soon with some new reviews, outfit ideas and more 🙂
