Long established occasion wear brand Coast have launched their Curve offering, a small but complete offering of plus size dresses, jumpsuits and stand alone pieces for your occasion and workwear wardrobe.
Now I went completely out of my comfort zone for this one, I went soft, pale and feminine, words I definitely do not associate with myself very often!
This absolutely stunning tiered dress is the Tara print, a soft, flowy chiffon affair, it really is the prettiest thing I’ve ever had on my body! The soft pinks, greys and white give it an ethereal look as do the drapes of fabric that swish and flow.
I’m wearing the size 22, it is a very close fit, so for those of you a bit more busty or broad, you might want to think about sizing up for comfort. It fastens via a zip in the back and although it’s quite flowing in appearance, it is well structured underneath, so you feel very put together and secure.
I don’t need to tell you how perfect this is going to be for any special occasion, in fact I’d even go as far as saying this would make a beautiful laid back bridal look if you’re not into traditional styles.
I styled it with soft pinks and pretty golds, but it would look equally beautiful if you picked out the grey tones in the outfit.
One final note… It does indeed come with the kind of price tag you would expect from a brand like Coast, but for occasion wear I think it’s reasonable for a lot of people and you are getting the kind of quality and design you would expect form such a brand.
