Hey y’all! So the other weekend Pops, Alex and I headed to Hull, We had a lovely weekend packed with lovely stuff! On the Saturday I wore this gorgeous embroidered denim shirt from Lovedrobe.
Sadly it did get a little creased while we were travelling, but I think it still looks good.
As you can see the shirt features embroidery to the front and the back and the fabric is a really soft, lightweight cotton. I have however sized up twice to a 26. I always size up in Lovedrobe anyway, and then with it being woven I knew I would have to go up to a 26. I do wish they would look at the sizing, as it’s been like this for as long as I can remember and it’s not that I’m bothered about wearing a 26, I couldn’t give a flying fig; BUT for those at the upper end of the size range, it is SO frustrating to order a 30 and find it fits more like a 26.
Sizing issues aside, I do genuinely love this though and have worn it twice since we went away. I’m just wearing it with leggings and boots and a camo style jacket. It was perfect for travelling in and then spending the day looking round the city. The price point is pretty good too, at £32 I think it’s reasonably priced for the level of detail and quality.
