It’s a well known fact I love a jumpsuit, in fact I own about 10 now. I think the jumpsuit, especially the plus size jumpsuit is overlooked by so many people, I think they have a bad rep for being unflattering, but I haven’t met one I don’t love yet! Can you tell I’m a bit obsessed? So I guess it’s no great surprise when brands contact you with specific garments in mind due to the fact you don’t shut up about them!
Lovely Beth at Lovedrobe got in touch to let me know about the new jumpsuits that have just landed on the website, and asked me if I’d like to review one.
I went for this totally tropical number…
This jumpsuit is a poly/elastane mix, it’s quite heavyweight, so it feels really substantial and great quality. I went for the 24 because I usually have to size up in Lovedrobe garments, this one is however pretty true to size I think. I think I could have got away with my usual 22, but because I am large of thigh I like to make sure I have enough room!
The jumpsuit was easily slipped on with plenty of room to get in and out, no crazy limbo moves thank goodness!
The tapered leg gives it a nice silhouette and I think this would be easily dressed up or down.
